Step outside your comfort zone and challenge yourself by taking part in Fitness February!
Come up with your own fitness challenge and get your friends and family to sponsor you to help encourage you over the month of February. One of our community support workers, Moira, will be swimming the length of the English Channel in her local swimming pool!
