Supporting blind and partially sighted people in Dorset to live happy lives.
We believe that sight loss shouldn’t have to mean missing out, so we work hard to ensure our members can live the life they want. That can be very different from person to person.
- Help people adjust to living with sight loss
- Reduce isolation
- Develop skills and confidence for independence
- Maintain mental and physical well-being
We help people to maintain healthy, independent, socially active lives. Our members can make friends and take part in activities that they would not otherwise get a chance to experience, giving them much needed confidence, well-being and happiness.
80% of people feel less isolated as a result of our services.
No other charity provides such a wide variety and breadth of services across this area so, please help us to continue these valuable services to those who rely on them.
