My name is Jessica Webster and have been a member of DBA for about 5 years. I also volunteer at the Royal Eye Infirmary and as a home visitor. I’m registered Blind with a deteriorating eye condition called Retinitis Pigmentosa, although I actually have Ushers Syndrome as I am partially deaf also.
I retired from my job as a G.P. receptionist (which I had done for past 16 years) 2 years ago as it was becoming more difficult for me to complete my responsibilities. I’m married with 2 children Matilda who is 21 and Gilbert who is 14. My husband Finbarr is a photographer. I enjoy knitting, walking and meeting friends. Love G&T and cats too!
